Mindfulness: slowing down to broaden the way we view and experience each moment to learn more about how we engage with different dynamics, both internally and externally
Somatically: with curiosity, care, and only with your permission, we will pay attention to the details of your bodily experience—the sensations, gestures, and energetics involved in your relationships, with yourself and others.
Weekly Sessions
This can be an opportunity to renegotiate every aspect of your life. While change can be difficult, I believe it is easier to navigate together. We will look at the complex landscape of your life, where there is flow and vitality, as well as the places that feel blocked. With honesty, compassion, and courage, we will explore how to support your innate resilience and build skills for facing challenges.
As a somatic therapist, I am curious about how personal, familial, cultural, and intergenerational experiences shape our body-mind-spirits. I offer mindfulness-based tools for exploring patterns shaped by the environment. By getting clear about where we come from and the habits formed along the way, we become prepared to face the present and creatively access inner strengths, skills, and bodily wisdom. My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based.
I offer remote Telehealth therapy, either phone or video, to individuals residing in California.

$165 for 50-minute session (inquire about sliding scale availability)
